An incomparable country music entertainer and noted yodeller, Horsburgh is loved by fans all over Australia, New Zealand, the United States and the United Kingdom.
Winner of two ACE (Australian Club Entertainment) awards and five Australian MO awards (the equivalent of the American Grammy), for Male Country Performer Of The Year, Horsburgh has made his mark, preserving and encouraging traditional country music with recordings such as El Paso City, China Doll and Cattle Call, along with the self-penned Alaska, You've Got It All and the touching Australian ballad, September's Sweet Child.
Performing on television shows, plus playing guitar with his own band at only 11 years of age, Horsburgh proved himself the "People's Entertainer," first in his home Australian state of Victoria, then in the world-class Sydney entertainment clubs, across the great Land of Oz, New Zealand and finally America and the United Kingdom.
A prolific artist, Horsburgh maintains a heavy schedule wherever he goes. Between shows, this People's Entertainer somehow finds time to record and his latest album, Born Free is now available.
Though based in America's Entertainment Capital, Branson, Missouri — and managing a full tour schedule through Wisconsin, Illinois, Kentucky and other states during America's summer months — Wayne Horsburgh still calls Australia home.
